No Refunds and No Returns

All products sold by Vantix Studios are digital resources delivered instantly to your Cfx.re account. Because delivery is immediate and the files cannot be returned or de-issued once granted, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks on any purchase.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read the product description, checked the listed framework compatibility, and accept this policy.

Why we cannot offer refunds

• Products are delivered digitally and cannot be recovered once issued to your keymaster.
• Source and escrow assets can be copied, so a return would not remove access.
• Every product page lists compatibility, features, and media before purchase.

Before you buy

Please check the following on the product page so you know exactly what you are getting:

• Supported frameworks, for example ESX, QBCore, QBox, or standalone.
• Whether the resource is open source or escrow protected.
• Screenshots and video showing the resource in action.
• Any dependencies listed in the description.

If you are unsure whether a product suits your server, ask us on Discord before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions and confirm compatibility.

Something not working?

A refund is not the remedy, but support is. If a product does not behave as described, open a ticket in our Discord with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will help you install, configure, or fix it, and if the fault is on our side we will ship a patch.

Duplicate or unauthorised payments

If you were charged twice for the same product due to a payment error, contact us within 7 days with both receipts and we will review and correct the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in immediate revocation of the product licence and a permanent ban from Vantix Studios products and support channels. If you have a problem, talk to us first. We would much rather fix it.

Licence terms

Purchases grant a licence to use the resource on servers you own or operate. Redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of files is prohibited and will result in licence termination without compensation.
